Activity sphere, potential opportunities and a range of large scale environmental projects, establishment and development mutual business relationships with many foreign companies of this sphere made a strong base of trust and point of interest for a number international companies and it has become the main reason for creation and founding of mutual business relationships with them.
       As it was informed before deputy director of Vimexco Company of Vietnam SR Mr. Nquyen Van Loc was on business trip in "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC. During his business trip he got familiarized with operational sites, technical opportunities as well as with technological processes carried out in operational sites of the company. Visitors noted that, oil sludge utilization is considered one of the most important issues in Vietnam. Having witnessed the widest experience of Ekol in this sphere he expressed his assurance for successful establishment and development of further mutual cooperation and business relations.
       Meanwhile, parties succeeded in signing of memorandum of understanding for mutual cooperation between two companies and deputy Director of Vimexco Company on behalf of the Company leadership officially invited Ekol Company Leadership to Vietnam SR.
       On this occasion the Director General of "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC Mr. Soltan Aliyev and the chief of Investments Department of the company were away on business trip between 8-18 of June 2009 in Vung Tau city, Baria region in Vietnam.
       On 10th of June the group of representatives from "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC were invited to Vimexco Company where they a range of important meetings and discussions regarding mutual business relations between two companies. During the meeting by both sides it was decided to create Cooperation Contract Project. Afterwards, the representatives got closely familiarized with operational sites of the company as well as carried out some important discussions and exchange of views with specialists of this sphere.
       Vietnam partners in order to their hot hospitability widely introduced to Azeri partners the city Vung Tau and gave them historical data about brotherhood of this city with Baku city and one of the interesting facts was that there exists a street named as Baku which became a very interesting point of view for visitors.
       On 15th of June 2009 there was a mutual cooperation contract signing ceremony in the principle office of the Vimexco Company. Mr. Soltan Aliyev on his due expressed that, the day of Contract Signing Ceremony coincided with Salvation Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan and he it is a very significant and solemnly celebrated date in Azerbaijan. Vietnam Partners congratulated them on this occasion.
       According to recently signed contract there should be implement required measurements on creating a working group and getting down to business in short period with "PetroVietnam" and "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC with participation of Azerbaijani specialists and establishment of Joint Venture that will fulfill oil sludge and produced water treatment and utilization processes in the areas of Vietnam SR, as well as providing required facilities and equipments to be maintained oil industrial sphere, carrying out greenery works in Baku city, and establishment of "Baku" restaurant in Baku street in Vung Tau.
       One of the interesting points for the representatives of Ekol CJSC was planting some greenery by Vimexco Company which may be watered with sea water and new specific sort of reagent that expands irrigation period 20-30 times. In order to test the reagent the representatives took some samples of it. By this means it could be possible in the future to solve the watering problem of green zones of Azerbaijan where water supply system is low.
       Generally the meeting between Vimexco and Ekol Engineering Services CJSC representatives held in a very active and high profitable condition. This meeting was also noted in mass media as well. BARIA-VUNG TAU newspaper made an article about Business relations between well-known in environmental sphere in Azerbaijan "Ekol Engineering Services" CJSC and Vimexco Company, where they highly expressed strong base of sure for profitable an successful development in the future.
       On 18th of June the representatives were back to the country.
